Just put new Dunlop tires on my Ultra and cant get shake out of handlebars starting abot 70 and gets worse faster I go.Took weights off and installed dynabeads /no difference.Had beads taken out and trind the Ride on and no change.Is it possibele for a rfear tire to be out of balance and be felt in handle bars?Thanks

 

Yes I'd take it back to were you had them installed and check the balancing. Or maybe you have a bad tire out of round for some reason.
