Cobra's here on my '03. Not too pricey, seem to work good enough and a nice chrome finish. Installation was stupid-easy too.

I have Rinehart true duals and like them so far but if I was to do it again I think I would go with the MGS true duals.

Fullsac since you already have the slip-ons, or stick with V & H for headers

Fullsac worked great for me, and they don't break the bank, IMO they give the same performance for a lot less $.

V&H dresser duals with jackpot slip ons on my flht, and bub 7 duals on wifes road king...both sets are great not to load and definitely not to quiet

Don't waste your money on any headers that aren't ceramic coated inside and out. Ceramic coating will keep the heat off you and send it out the back of the bike. They also look great. For an '02, check out Rush exhaust.
