Default New Seat

I have a 2007 Electra Glide Standard. I don't like the looks of the seat without a tour pak on the bike. It's too high in the rear part where a rider would sit. I want something that looksmore streamlined yet comfortable. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking maybe the HD sundowner, but, I don't know what it looks like without the tour pak. My HD dealer does not have any in stock to look at. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

you might want to look for a used Street Glide seat on E-bay, it definitely has a more streamlied passenger seat.

Look in the catalog at the Rally Runner, its nice looking on glides, made for harley by corbin and its real leather. It is very comfortable for rider and passenger.

Check out e-bay for a take off Street glide seat. they look good without the tour pak, and you can still ride a passenger. For the part of the gas tank that will be exposed check Kuryakan(sp), I think they make a small chrome piece to cover the paint. Good Luck!

Street Glide seats look good. If you want one, I have one in great shape. My Dad took it off his '06 with about 1000 miles on it. PM me if you want to work out a deal.

I have a 99 UC that has a different seat that is not as high and am looking for the stock pillow seat that goes with it. I can take some pics if your are interested in trading.

Is there a simple saddle like on a Road King that would fit an Electra Glide? What I mean is if I wanted to strip it down to look a bit more like a cruiser and have the rear fender exposed... ???Sometimes I'm in the mood for that look, but most of the time I'll leave it with the tourpack cuz I've quickly grown addicted to all that carrying space for shopping, etc!

Thanks guys for your suggestions. I've decided to go with the Rallyrunner seat in the HD catalog. I am also going to keep my stock seat for long trips with the tour pak on.
