If I could change the suspension on my Silverado to handle like a Porsche Boxster without changing the original mission of the truck I would do it in a minute. I guess the Bilsteins I just put on will have to do for now.

basically these modifications have done that, change the suspension and handling of the bike drastically without changing its original mission which is touring. I think that is quiet an accomplishment.

I guess I don't understand how improving the suspension and handling of any motorcycle or vehicle is comparing apples and oranges when you can make the change without compromising a single aspect of the touring experience.

 

Thanks for the link to Fabrik8r's thread. I've done a lot of suspension upgrades to the FXDL, and suspect I will eventually do some to the RG.
