Hey, LADNAR, definately legit. $10K for a bike worth $45K with the extras put into it. I guess your Harley has no time or money put into it, if you even own one. This was my "baby", and she can't be replaced. I will do what I can to get 'er back, not interested in laundering money, just want my bike back. Get a life.

I realize the longer time goes by, the more pieces the bike will be in. Thanks to everyone for their ideas. I have been watching on ebay & have posted on Kijiji. I'm sure the thieves won't be bold enough to sell the bike as a whole, so I've been watching the HD parts categories. The bike is in the Ontario database, but I will call to have it entered in the Wisconsin database tomorrow (Monday) - that's a good idea. I'm hoping not to go through insurance, because we all know the replacement value will not be anything compared to the extras & time put into it. I am a certified HD mechanic and have put so much time into this bike that she can't be replaced.

Sorry if I'm a bit of a skeptic, but why was your first forum post, offering up a 10k reward?
Did a friend refer you to our forum, to look for your bike?
I guess I've just gotten too many emails from a de-throwned prince in some 3rd world country looking for help laundering his fortune.
It also seems like a pretty hefty reward for a 2008 bike. For an extra 5k I'm sure you could buy another one.
It just seems weird to me.

Welcome to the forum - sorry you're not here under better circumstances...
It is a little suspect that you just joined the forum, on 1 April, offering 10k for a purple SG, but it doesn't affect me one way or the other if you're real or pranking...

My 2008 Street Glide (Purple) was stolen from 6 John St. in Brantford, Ontario on Thursday, March 29, 2012. It was there in the morning and gone the next morning, right out of the locked garage. Nothing else was taken. Had saddlebags with leathers and ipod. Wisconsin Plates.
We are offering a $10,000 CASH Reward, no questions asked, just return the bike. Is my baby. THIS IS SERIOUS AND ONLY REPLY IF YOU KNOW WHERE MY BIKE IS.

$10,000 is twice as much as the chop shop gave me for it. I would give it back but it has already been stripped and sent to Mexico. Sorry.
