Uhh huhh, probably should start putting together a trust fund for the legal expenses....hell you'll already have the emotional support here so once you've got a few grand in the fund you should be all set

I doubt you will go to jail or even get a ticket. I doubt anybody will notice it, unless you hold down the horn button for a long time.

Moths to flame , think about it.
When you ride your bike, if you fixate on something you will ride to it,or over it .

brightasslights.com have led tail lights that can switch to different modes such as strobing quickly when braking and then finaly solid on, but they are capable of doing other things like levels of brightness and so on.

This definitely depends on where you ride.
Here in TN we don't get harassed, much anyhow, but ride up into MI and get pulled over for having "blue dots" on the bikes.

Many states have different laws on lighting but one thing is a common denominator, flashing lights. I don't know of any state that would allow you to have a colored flashing light on the front of a non emergency vehicle. As for your intention, if you find some way to keep idiots off the road I'm sure we would all be interested in that method.

I'll stick with the flag man who walks ahead of me with two red flags.

Just ride like you're invisible to everyone on the road. It doesn't only save you from the people who could use some help paying attention, it saves you from the people who can't be helped...
