Default Circulator Seat Pads

You know the large pads, for air circulation? I bought one about 2 years ago, mainly for a little extra "padding" more than the air. Recently, had a guy tell me that when the rubber bottom gets all bunched up & folds a little, it'll cut the seat. Anybody else ever have it happen from one of these Circulator Pads? I haven't had a problem. He said it cut his seat on a trip from PA to CA & back to PA.

I've run mine for over a year without a single issue. I didn't install it permanently, I just place it under my rear before riding and roll it up when I am finished. Part of this practice is the fact that I live in South Texas where the wind is howling most of the time and it wants to just flap around all the time if left in place.

As hot as it gets here, I love having this thing under the rear for some air to move through. Simple design, but well worth the money.

I don't know about the HD ventilator pad, but I picked up one of those wooden ball seat pads at a truck stop for like $10 and it works amazingly well.

I tried one of those. While it did work, it lifted me up higher than I wanted to be. The HD one barely lifts you up.

The ***** on mine are only about 1/2 to 5/8 inch diameter. I never really noticed any difference in my ride height.
