Omer.

Is Rudy the guy down in south county? From what I hear local peeps talk, there's only two guys here that are good at PC-V tuning.

I thought FM wouldn't do a tune if they didn't sell you the PC-V?

Yes they will, they just won't send you a new map for yours if you didn't buy it from them. I think he'll tune anything he's able to.

So after some research, I decided on the Andrews 54H cam set, since it was specifically spec'd for the 103" kit with the 10:1 pistons.

Well, got them in this week and tuned today.

84 HP and 98 Ft-Lbs to the pavement. Damn, was hoping to squeak out that 100 Ft-Lbs, but maybe can tweak it some more later.

Enjoy your new mods.
Sure, it's no "Dyno-Queen" drag race level power numbers, but the 90+ Ft-Lbs power comes on by 2600 and holds all the way up passed 5200 rpm.
So it's got instant response and power through out the whole REAL WORLD range.

Hell, cruising at 70 in 6th speed.....sitting at about 2400 RPM, and even there it was instant acceleration the moment I twisted the throttle.

So my research was dead on, and it's EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Totally dig it.

Now to just find a way to squeeze 2 more Ft-Lbs out.
Fuel Moto does throttle body mods, that will get you the 2 ft lbs you want.

I think he could get it with just a better tune. I'd like to see his sheet though.

Not trying to be an *** but I all you want is 2 more TQ, put a couple extra pounds of air in your rear tire and try again or go to a different dyno.

what gear did they do the dyno run in? if 4th gear you have your numbers easily. if in 5th gear you still have your numbers. No way to compare two different dynos.
