Bike running like crap after wrenching
Bike is a 06 ultra. I bumped the motor up and the bike ran great. Oil started seeping from the rear cylinder base so I took everything apart and replaced the small o ring.
Put everything back together and went to fire it up and it sounds like it is running on 1 cylinder now. There are no wierd noises or anything like metal on metal. Everything sounds normal except the crappy running.
Pulled the plugs and the rear one is blacked up. (It wasnt when I put it back in after working on it)
Front plug is normal.
Compression coming out of both holes.
All elec connectors hooked up and no engine light.
Checked spark on plugs...good to go.
After I Checked the spark plugs I put them back in and started the bike. It sounded normal but then I turned it off and restarted it. It went back to sounding like it was running on one cylinder.
Looking for advice on what to check now.
Thanks

Solved the problem. You just have to love easy fixes.
Went and looked over the bike again and found out that there was a electrical plug not plugged in. I believe its one for the fuel rail. Plugged it in and she fired right up with no problems.
Good thing it started because I would have layed awake all night wondering what went wrong.
