OP didn't go far enough, once he moved the scooter he should have chained all the doors shut on the casino, poured petrol though the gaps and raised it to the ground ensuring the scoot rider burned up, anyone else would just be collateral damage which is fine according to the goobermint.

I think I'd have gotten really, really, really pissed off, gone home & written a Letter To The Editor, and then whipped off a post to a forum somewhere to let people know that I -------------------- well, never mind. That's what I would've done, anyway.

I think they weigh about as much as my wifes vespa, you can move them out of the way with one arm....

Yeah, I think the Ruckus guy probably saw your oil puddle, the rust and crust on the chain, old bird **** on the seat and the three years worth of road grime from all those miles to Sturgis on the trailer and assumed your bike didn't run anyway.
