Definitely cut the RCA's. It seems like going against traditional thinking, but in this case the rcas sound worse. By the way what gain are you guys finding works best?

If you do use the RCA's http://www.bestpricecables.com/grey-...e-adapter.html price is much better than RS.

AGREED 100%!!!

After experiencing too much noise in my system using the Sony w/ Tune Tray, RF PBR300X4 and RF Power coaxials I decided to go back to speaker level inputs and remove the RCAs. OMG what a difference! The sound quality is so much better and now my gain is set to 1... YES 1 because it's so damn loud.

I am now hearing frequencies being played that I never heard with the RCAs.

Just like a lot of other guys on here have stated. High level (speaker) inputs are far superior on this amp. It's really not built for RCA hook-ups.

Try it and see the difference!

Im surprise to see that the RCA's don't sound that great. I have my system connected using RCA's and thought it sounded pretty good. Well you can guess what I'm going to do now. I can't wait to hear the difference. Forgot to mention I have my gain set on about 7 using the RCA's.

I have a question now that I want to disconnect my RCA's. I have my amp connected to my upper fairing and saddlebag lids speakers. I have my lower fairing speakers connected to my Sony HU front speaker output. Now if I use the hi level speaker connection, how can I still use the front speaker out to connect my lower fairing speakers?

Hopefully someone has a answer to my question....Thanks for any advice.
