Default luggage rack license plate bracket

Does anyone know of a bracket to mount my license plate from my luggage rack. I took my TP off my ultra and after trying a few options that failed relocating it I think the best place would be mounted hanging down from my luggage rack.

Although the clear zip ties are quite stylish I think something more secure and permanent would be better.

Thanks
Joe

I also mounted a Road King setup after removing the tour pak.

mine is a roadglide ultra but same rear set up except my blinker bar is smaller but would work the same either way. I used a softbrake bracket and J&P cycles lens that has the clear window on the bottom for the plate light.

Hey MK I am just trying to not have to buy another part for $100 +. I just bought speakers and a lower LRS, Prime Apes, sissy bar and pad, luggage rack and of course guitars...My wife is going to shoot me soon then I won't be able to ride at all.
