I have a set for an '09 bike that I can give you for your friend. Let me know.
I am intrested in them "notes" guy at work x military really good dude has a night train he got in germany. He gas exhaust and heavy breather on it. Needs a tuner but he is strapped with some hospital bills for his daughter. I am looking into buying xieds for him as a gift.

Mine works well and Steve Mullen spoke to me several times on the phone before and after purchase. I have no problem paying a man who invents something and then gives excellent customer service. I'm sure I could have built my own but I believe he deserves my business. Just my opinion and I don't mean to flame anyone. Ride safe.

i have purchased the xieds and it does seem a little cooler than without them, no temp readings just looking at plugs and watching the headers glow at idle in the dark...not as red or as far down the headers with them on.
having said that i am the curious type who would like to see what kinda resister they use to make them, so if there are notes to be had on them or links to tech info please post them.

I ran the front cyl one notch less then the rear to make the rear slightly richer. I felt more power during acceleration and roll on, yes. I don't know about the oil temp.

I have over 10k on a set of vieds and noticed very little temp difference as well. I still have the cats on a stage one. My mileage is consistent at 41 mpg, the throttle is much more responsive.
