Nice, do you happen to have any pictures of the bags back on and all together lights on, or lights off to see what it looks like complete? Wonder if these could be wired up on my '10 SG as run/brake/turn......

 

I have a small gallery of the plasma rods with different angles and lighting conditions. Mine are wired for brake only.

No...never took additional pics after the install, but I can tell you they are really bright & beauty is the light shoots out 180-degrees so no matter how you mount they shine out. As far as your 2010 - the install's even easier because you wire direct into rear tri-light (I believe), but call CD Customer Service & they'll assist w/exact part#'s...

Is the tape still holding ..im just concerned it will let go over time

 

I put a set on my 2012 Street Glide and did it the same way as posted in this thread. Just cleaned them really well and the 3M tape is rock solid. I wired them into the left side (sitting on the bike) of the tri-light.

I have mine wired as brake only, works awesome.

I have the exact set up on my 12 FHLX. It really grabs cafeteria attention. I see them back off all the time. The lights give me a .small sense of security .. that LED turn signal mod is a great idea.

 

Just purchased a set. Looking forward to getting them in. Doing the 2mode setup (running and brake). Friend was hurt pretty bad recently when he was rammed from the rear and made me really really want more light on the rear. It's not as much the kewl factor for me (even though they look good on your bikes!).

 

That turn signal mod under the bags is a great idea.
