Ditto on the Full-sac. Love the sound and I liked the way it kept the right side pipe following the frame instead of doing that little rise at the rear before the muffler. paid 159.00 on e-bay for the kit, 59.00 for the Harley goodies heat shield and 45.00 for the front pipe heat shield to fix what Harley left off.

At the time I switched to V&H True Duals, everything else remained the same. I had no noticeable loss in the low end and better throttle response at 2800 RPM on up. One thing I was not prepared for was that it is substantially louder. I also think it runs cooler by oil temp...Some say I'm imagining it, but I dont think so.

If, and I emphasize if, you go to true duals with the same tune you have now, you WILL lose low end torque. You will be changing the back-pressure that your Hpipe provides now by opening up the exhaust like never before. You can make it work just fine, but whatever you do, if you go true duals, you will need to adjust your tune so you don't lose your low end torque. I speak from experience on an 88" 2000 Road King.

I have the fullsac conversion with the se slip ons that I purchased the bike used with. I think they sound great, about twice as loud than the Y pipe and se's . I had to get a fuelpak tuner because of the popping on decel. V&H has the setting values for this set up. I can notice a difference in power. If you do it try your se"s first, you might be happy.
