Polk MM651 vs J&M vs Rokker vs Other "High End" Speakers
Looking for direct comparisons between several aftermarket speakers. I know there are a ton of speaker threads out there but I'm having trouble finding much comparing different "higher end" setups first hand. What I'm mainly looking for is people who have had more than one kind of aftermarket speaker in their bike and which one they liked better. I figure if enough people post up with this kind of review sooner or later we may be able to actually "rank" speakers with some level of confidence. The two speakers that are catching my eye now are the Polk MM651 vs the J&M setups. My system will be amped but I'm open to reviews both with and without amplifiers.
A couple more things. We all know the stock speakers suck so there's no need to post up if all you have to compare to is stock. Also, no dealers need comment on this one, I'm looking for unbiased opinions only.
Thanks in advance.

I might suggest that you also include price ranges and amplification. Here's why I say that. I have run the Arc Audio and Infinity reference. Both 6.5s and with the same amp and stock head unit. I like the polks so far. I have only had them in for a day of riding. They can be had for around $100 and sound fantastic (to me) but I am running them with the Arc mini 125.2 amp. Without it they don't sound that great. I would not compare them to a set of Focal K2 $600 or so. So how much someone is willing to spend is important when comparing.

Not saying I don't like them. Just experimenting. I Hertz are a 4 ohm speaker. Polks are 2 ohm. Running RF PBR300x2, 100+ watts a side 4 ohm, 150+ watts at 2 ohm. I have the Polks in my wifes Jeep Wranger running off the head unit. And they sound fantastic. Can't imagine what they sound like with an amp. Will update which is better sounding to me.
