Well, Thanks to all who had time to try and help me get this problem solved.
I changed fuel check tube and fuel regulator. It runs like a scalded dog!!!! Well thats probably stretching it, but it sure runs good. Thanks again, I believe it was just check tube, but I had it apart so put both in.
