How many AMPS for a RF 300x4?

Dude, buy an HD Service Manual for your bike; it will explain all of the wiring on your bike, including the speaker wirng. Also, check the websites of the various Amp manufacturers; virtually all of them explain how to install and wire amps and speakers.
No disrepect intended, but if that's too much for you, pay a competent person to do it for you.
Good luck with your project.

Carl,
Very sage advice an I did use my manual to convert my FI Ultra to a SE CV44 carb. The reason I'm not touching the stereo is: The last time I added an amp to a car, I blew the radio, speakers and several other items in a Lincoln Town Car. It was a very expensive lesson.
