Post up your Highway pegs

This is my setup as well and it works great for me. I have H-D Airfoils footpegs instead of the crested bar footpegs shown, but I use them just as these are described.

I like this set set up and would use a set of Stream Liner pegs. I'm having my engine guard powder as we speak. In your opinion is there enough adjustment in this clamp to make up for the possible extra thickness of the powder coat?

I have these H-D chrome brackets
And these H-D footpegs
I think they look good and coordinate well with the stock footboards and brake pedal and have enough rubber on them that your foot doesn't slip. One of the nice features on these pegs is that there is an allen bolt recessed in the end. You can loosen that and then adjust the angle of the peg to the best angle for you. As others have said, with the harleygoodies footboard extensions moving the footboards out an inch and where I have the highway pegs, I have a 3rd position I can use with my heels on the footboards and my toes on the pegs. But I have size 12 boots, so YMMV.
Here's the best photo I have of how they look on the bike from the rider's perspective. You can see the angle that I have them adjusted so my instep rests flat.
