So will the Comfort Profile Rear Saddlebag Guard Kit work with the Nostalgic Saddlebag Guard Rails? The clean look is nice but I rather have what little protection the bars provide.
They should fit fine. Look at the two attached pictures where I drew a red line from the contour in the saddlebag to show where the comfort profile starts to bend and where the nostalgic rails attach in relation to the same contour on the saddlebag.
How do you move the tour pack to the forward postion. We just picked up a 2012 Ultra EC and my wife has the same compliant. She is 6ft tall so I am hesitant to move it forward.
Just lift the liner out of the tour pak. It will expose 4 bolts. Take the bolts out, move the pak forward about an inch, line up the holes and reinstall the bolts.
Thanks. Wife will be out of town for a week and the weather will not be nice enough for riding. I might move the pack forward and see how she likes the next ride.
