Default Rear Speaker Pods

To you stereo installers, if the depth isn't an issue, can you put a 6" or 6.5" speaker in the rear pods? Will the screws line up or do you need a 6.5 adaptor like up front in the fairing? Thanks.

You'll need to drill new holes for the 6.5's. Never heard of an adapter per se. Most speakers will come with a base for surface mounting the speakers. Some speakers require a spacer to provide clearance for the magnets.

Where can I get the spacers for the rear pods? Specifically for 5.25" speakers?
