Default Paint / Powder coat Question

Yesterday the wife tripped and dropped her coffee in the garage which splashed up all over my bike which is on the jack. I'm working on it every night after work to get it all finished up for Spring. She then proceeded to do me the favor of cleaning it up by grabbing the rag I had on the floor that I was using to wipe up the oil on my hands etc. Can you see where this is going? I was able to very easily buff out the light surface scratches on the front fender...Yes my brand new front fender just installed last week. I haven't attempted to buff out the frame down tubes yet because they are powder coated. Anything different or is there a different product that I need to use to buff out the powder coat? I assume that since powder is nothing more than paint applied in a dry form instead of wet, paint is paint? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Sure glad nothing splashed up on the chrome or tank. What a mess that sandy rag made!

I know this isn't really a laughing matter but you just have to!! My wife likes to drag her boot over top of the saddlebag lid, gas tank, and has managed to even scuff it over the hot exhaust!! I feel your pain although I can't help with your powder coated frame!!
