We catch hell because we've been in the BOTM so many times too. I can't help it everyone wants to be like us when they grow up. Get over it you Bagger Wannabees.

If anything I'd guess there are way more posts here because there are a million more accessories for baggers.

In the '60's, onlyan "old fart" wouldinstall a windshield on a bike. My how times have changed. We don't even have to adjust valves and chains any more And - you don't even have to kick the sucker to get it to start How long has it been since you changed points in your ride?

Think of it like this. Baggers are the Cadilac--Sport bikes are the Corvette. When I was younger I had a Sporty and a Vette. Now that I'm older, I've got Bagger, and I've still got a Vette for my 2nd childhood. I fondly remember the old days with a bedroll and a 12 over springer with no front fender or brake. Now, with my Bagger and all that storage, I still need to pull donkey to put all of the wife's stuff. My snot nosed kid's got a Dyna--and a Bagger--go figure ?

No wonder we have more posts than the other forums. We post everything three times.

Yeah, I've checked out some of the other forums. This one's the most entertaining.[sm=teetertooter.gif][sm=yeahsmile.gif]

Has anyone else noticed this? See pic. That the Touring bike aka “baggers” thread on this forum more then double all the other threads on this forum!!
I have been asked why I have such a big bike and not have a bar hopper-a bike for around town… I like my bagger for riding around town just as much as out on the highways…
I am sure glad I ran across this forum.

I started riding late, but grew up early. My first bike was an 04 XLH 1200C. I traded that for a 2003 FLHRCI this past summer.I'm 29 and will always ride a bagger. Alot of the guys I work with are around the same age and have Harley's. Butafter riding my RK they are ready to buy baggers too.
