Clutch handle has slack in it, how to adjust

Probably due for a clutch adjustment. You can just take the slack out at the cable adjuster but I would recommend doing a complete adjustment through the derby cover.

1.) make sure that the clutch is adjusted properly ( inside the derby cover, do a search it's been written up many times on the forums)
2.) thenlengthen the adjuster and that'll take the slake out of the cable.
most of us go until a dime or nickel slides between the lever and the housing- pull lightly on the cable as you do this
If you just adjust the cable, but the clutch itself is wacky, you'll start to have problems.
the clutch plates wear abit as everything breaks in and the cable may stretch too so this is normal
