P&A fuse

The lighter runs on the P&A fuse not the accessory fuse.

It is on the lower left side of the fuse block. The fuse block cover has them labeled. 15 amp fuse.

It was the P/A fuse that blew. The wires were switched around. Swapped the wires around and replaced the fuse. Charges my phone now.

I use my phone for my MP3 player as well as my GPS.
