I have a 10 row for my 106. I figured cheap insurance. A slight increase in oil capacity. I think they are a good idea.
Does a bike NEED one? That would depend on whether the owner wants a cooler running bike. The bikes seem to run fine without them when stock,so it may not be a necessity however I like the idea
