Default Front Brake pads

I just had my all my brake pads replaced at the dealership. When I had my new tires put on, Now the front pads sound like they are rubbing the rotor And making a noise a lot louder than Before I had them put on.
sound goes away when i aply the front brakes . Will they wear in so they don't rub or should I bring it back in? can they be adjusted?
Thanks for any info

There is no way to "adjust" the pads. I suspect they may just need a break in period, usually about 200 miles

When you remove the front wheel, you can get that noise if you don't put it back on correctly. I wouldn't wait for the pads to wear down enough to stop the noise. Those pads aren't very thick, so the chances are one will be wore slap out before the noise goes away.

I would pull the front wheel back off and reinstall it per the manual.

I had the same issue once and that corrected the problem.

They didn't score before, they score now. Wheel is not in the same place, thus the rotors are not in the same place. Check to see if wheel spacers are correctly installed. I'd take it back and make THEM fix it. Of course you can probably fix it yourself, but they caused the problem, not the brake pads.

I would take it back and have them check it out or if you have a lift check to see if there is any undo drag as you spin the wheel.

It would be my hope that a dealer would service the calipers with any brake pad replacement but I am not sure that they do. This would reduce the chance that the pistons are not retracting properly. I do it every 5k or so.
