Rockford amp install question

This remote turn on connection shouldn't be drawing power. However, with the amp always on the heavy 12V lines off the battery to it 'are' on all the time (when the bike is on)... when the bike is off it shouldn't be draining it at all, and so long as the amp isn't somehow exceeding your recharging systems power you should still not be draining.
