Default Battery Cables FYI

I had the battery cables loose from the battery last night installing air horn. This bike is six months old and I was amazed at how much corrosion was on the cable ends. All of my other brand bikes combined have never had this much corrosion on their terminals. Whats up with this??

Must be weather conditions or how you store the bike. Many harleys all garage kept, not once have I ever had any build up.

Tennessee humidity might play into it, but its insulated garage kept and sits outside at work all day. The bolts weren't very tight reckon this had anything to do with it.

I live in a high humidity area on the SE Coast. My terminals look good. But then I use electrical grease on all my connections.

Loose connections can cause it for sure. Climate is about same as mine in ga.
