Capt. Itch Crotch Cooler works great. IMO looks better than the plastic ones as well. One of those "best things I got for the bike".

I have the moco "air deflectors", they serve the same purpose as Capn Itch's product, but probably not as quality as his. And they DO work to keep your thighs cooler.
