I ordered a set on Friday, received them on Monday. Excellent quality. Installed in 10 minutes. The rain quit today will give them a try tomorrow.

Just received a set I ordered for my FLHTCU and have a quick question about installation.

Is there any issues with removing both bolts at the same time per side? Or, do I need to remove just one bolt and put through one hole of the deflector and then put the bolt back in loosely before removing the second bolt? I realize I would need to swing the deflector away from the forks to accomplish this, but my main concern is having both bolts out at the same time. Just worried something might drop if I remove both bolts at the same time.

Thanks for the input.

Their is no problem in removing both bolts when installing....I put painters tape on the back side of the deflectors for protection of the chrome.

I bought these and used them for in the 30-45 degree rides. I took them off for the warmer weather, I want to feel some wind and I want the motor to get the air.

They work and look good. You can actually smell the motor when your riding.

I will put them on every winter.

To put them on, just do the top bolt and then leave it a little loose and you will see that the bottom is easy.

Thanks for the info and tip about the painters tape. I had not considered that.

Another happy customer. I installed mine last night and they worked great. I've used plexi lowers on a metric cruiser in the past so I knew what to expect. They work so well, I may remove them during the mid-summer months. What I like about these is that they really blend in with the vivid black. Good product.
