A buddy had a fork baffle laying around so I tried it on my 2010 Ultra. It made the front end feel like it was lifting compared to running w/o it. For that reason I took it off and gave it back. Another friend with an RKC bought it from him and liked it.
I like the Fairing Deflectors just because you can open them up in the summer and get some more air moving around you. (Assuming you buy the adjustable ones) Harley and Freedom wings both make them.

 

Like the fork baffle on mine, I wonder if the new frame makes a difference.

I also like the adjustable deflectors but agree that aftermarket is probably just as good for less $$$. I like the option to direct more air at me in hot weather.

I have the fork baffle and the freedom wings and love them both , but remember you are on a motorcycle , ya might get alittle wind
