Talking What would you pick?

Just waiting on the funds to go pick out a bike. My question is one of the local HD dealers is offering the following specials:

DEAL #1: Receive a 2 yr. Wheel & Tire Protection for free.
(Value savings of $409)

DEAL #2: Receive a 4 year Extended Service Plan for 1/2
price. (Value savings up to $595)

DEAL #3: TIRES 4 LIFE

We are wanting to get an Electra Glide Ultra Classic.

My question is if you were buying today, which option would you choose? I am leaning towards #3 but #1 sounds good too.

Thoughts?

How could #1 be better than #3? Let's see free tires for 2 years or free tires life?

Be careful the #2: "4 year extended warrenty" is "4 years total". Not 4 years plus the original 2 years.

Is the tires for life deal a transferable deal? Because you may get a hankering for a new bike and if it was transferable that could be a perk to help sell it. IMO

Tires for life. But I'd check the fine print on it. Are labor charges included? Do you have to pay them for the install?

Thanks all for the replies. I have not looked any futher into the deals and posted what I know so far. I do know a HD buddy of mine paid extra for the wheel/tire protection and it came in handy when he got a peice of metal in his tire. He did not pay for any replacement costs to include labor. He told me the wheel portion covers any damage to the wheel from road debris but I have not researched that at all. Thanks again for all the thoughts.

How much do you ride and how long do you plan on keeping the bike? Do you have the desire and/or ability to fix things when they break? The typical Harley owner rides around 1,500 miles a year (from the MoCo's survey a couple of years ago). If you ride 5,000 miles a year, you're looking at a new rear tire maybe every 2 years, and a new front every 3. And I bet they won't replace them until they're down to 2/32".

If it were me, I'd try to get a gift card from them and 20% off in the store if I were you. Then again, I average around 24,000 miles a year, so I'd clean up on the tire thing.
