Damn man, Really ? I don't work for fuelmoto but I can tell you I have my PC3 & ness big sucker within a week. Plus when I did call them they took the time to answer all my "stupid" questions.
It's these small shops that make owning a motorcycle a joy. Custom service you just don't find anymore. Your not going to fine the level of confidence and skill that fuelmoto has elsewhere without paying serious CASH.

Best of luck.

I talked to them on the phone today and ordered a PCV. Painless order, answered all my questions and I was off the phone in 2 minutes. This is my 2nd time ordering with them. The first time was smooth too.

You've been on this site since 2009 and really have to ask about Fuel Moto?? Whats the joke?? And before making one phone call you thought you would get a quicker responce buy trying to make them look bad on the forum instead of calling. Its guys like you that give honest small buisnesses a bad name for no reason!

I don't think that was his goal, he was just voicing his opinion, trying to get a feel for his problem. That is what this forum is for.

For the original poster, depending on the email you sent, your emil may have got caught in Fuel Moto's spam filter. I recall someone having the same concern about a year ago, I believe it was Jamie from Fuel Moto who replied on the forum so everyone knew what happened. Just give them a call.

I would agree if he was new and didn't know any better, but that's not the case.

When you question a sponsors "great service" because they haven't responded to an email is a little low. After being on these forums for all these years he shouldn't have to question a company that has been as supportive as Fuel Moto. Is it just me?

Although I've never done business with Fuel Moto before I've recommended them to people asking questions & for advice numerous times based on their excellent reputation on this forum. I didn't start this thread to try harm that reputation, just to see if others have had a problem lately or if Jamie had been away from the shop or something. If you read my original post I said I wondered if there had been some kind of a snafu. I'm not new here & I do know there reputation, that's why I asked the question, because it didn't fit that reputation. The main reason I emailed them was because I was hoping they could send me some dynos of builds similar to mine so I would have some idea how close they could come with a canned map & it seemed that would be easier done in writing. Because of their reputation I will call tomorrow & try to see what the problem was & try to get the information that I originally requested.
