Im look for cable size or part number for a 05 road king..trying to install drag bars but the throttle cables are too long..the throttle binds..

 

Double check the Parts and Accessories catalog to get your oem part numbers and cable lengths. I'm pretty sure your throttle and idle cables are:

Throttle: 56376-02
Idle: 56237-99A


These would be 39.5" cables (housing length, not overall length). The throttle and idle cables I pulled off my 07 police model road king were both 42" cables, and I was expecting the 39.5". Best to measure to see exactly what you have, than you'll know for certain what it is you need.
