hows the oil level? from what you've been saying it was an external leak, not the injector staying open, I think you're ok. while it can't hurt to change oil as long as the oil level didn't go up, you're good to go. if you want to change it just let it idle for 10-15 minutes and then drain

 

Oil level is spot on, that is another reason I am thinking that it was an external leak, but I'm going to dump the oil just to be safe.
