Number 1 Harley on 322 near State College is a pretty cool place, isn't it? Watched some kids "drifting" out back last year, on that figure 8 track.

Also, 144 from State College, up through Renovo & on up to Galeton is a nice ride too.

RTs 36,66,666,948 The Allegheny National Forest and Cooks Forest State Park has some nice places to ride. If you wand to camp there are a lot of places that rent cabins. There is also a lot of things to do in the area too.

Sorry to hear another dealer closing!
We stopped there every year doing the EHDDA Ride With Us.
EHDDA stopped that ride deal 2 years ago. That was a blast, had all summer to do the ride. Stopped at all 38 dealers once.

+++1 and you have to ride on 666, like my buddy and I rode on Halloween last year. My zipper broke on my jacket that day, coincidence? Or maybe evil spirits.

I agree on 528 to 19 in Cranberry. Then consider taking 19 north past Moraine State Park and then any number of roads; 108 to Slippery Rock, or 208 to Grove City and then jump on 58 up to Mercer. I used to ride those roads all the time way back when.

Bottom line, there's some great riding up there north of Pittsburgh. Enjoy!

RT15 along the Susquehanna River north of Harrisburg to Williamsport. Great scenery. There is a small resturant on the south side of Port Trevorton, on the west side of the divided highway, Shafers Soft Serve. Good place to stop, grab a sandwich, watch the Omish ride onlong the highway in their buggies.

Rt 554 out of Williamsport is nice. Very twisty. There are many great roads that we rode when in that area a few years ago but forgot to keep track. If ya want some more feedback check this out.

Oh and consider a ride to the Grand Canyon of PA. Beautiful.

I'll add route 611 up or down the east side of the state. Follows the Delaware river most of the way.

Default My favorite PA roads

I would recommend rte.62 from Franklin to Warren, rte.66 from Clarion to Kane, rte.219 from Dubois to Bradford and any roads around the Kinzua reservoir. Also, rte.30 from Ligonier to Bedford, 31 in Donegal southeast to 381 south to Ohiopyle. Great whitewater rafting and scenery,Seven Springs resort, craft stores for the wife and Fallingwater Mansion.

+1 on rte.666,555 thru Benezette to see the elk and 144 between rte.6 and 555. Another short ride would be 68 north from 422 in Butler to 268 to Foxburg near I-80. Great restaurant and bar with outdoor seating along the river and a winery.
