My being an observant and defensive driver and rider is what make me so tired after riding. I some times question if I am really enjoying riding that much when I have to spend so much time watching out for other drivers and riders.
Although most accidents are with cars and trucks, there are a fair amount of riders that should not be on a motorcycle. To many riders are totally oblivious to what's going on around them and think that everyone else is doing what they are suppose to be doing. NOT!

I was going to use that analogy but I was concerned most could not relate to that. Did a lot of that while in country.

Those mind games are all over the internet and have absolutely no relationship to riding or driving. Guess we should all be on the look-out for rotating grids and such.
And staring at a potential target makes it disappear? How the hell would we ever be able to shoot the target if we used only our peripheral vision?
