Default Question for those with stretched bags

Looking to eventually do stretched bags on my road king, but just got to wondering. how easy is it to drag them on a hard corner? I have the custom so i have the lower shocks, if that matters.

Don't have any issues with mine dragging on my SG and it lowered 1" in the rear. Floorboards and pipes usually hit before the bags will.

My bags have drag bars on the back outside corner but I have yet to drag them. Like said above, my highway pegs and floorboards drag first.

I don't drag, but then I have 13" shocks on my Glide and don't get into doing hard curves anymore. If you are going to lower your bike some and put on 4" stretched bags and run hard corners, well ya.....otherwise probably not with regular riding.

Thanks guys. I don't plan on lowering any further than it is, so it sounds like just adding some skid plates just in case should cover me.

4 inch stretched and I have scraped the bags from the front to the rear all the way down the side. And my boards don't come close to scraping.
Scares the **** out of me at 60!

Buy the skids plates, cheap investment. I have scraped both sides on mine, and mines not lowered at all with a 18 on the back...

Skid plates here, but I only put my bags on this winter so I'll have to see if they'll be sparking this summer.
