Has anyone had any issues with there sony unit not reading your iPod, it was working fine and then yesterday it would not. It is showing not supported on the screen. I tried unplugging and leaving off for a while but nothing. Do I need to send the unit back
I have never seen that on mine. By chance did you get it at Biketronics? If so, call them up. They are pretty helpful

Happens occasionally. A reboot of the IPOD solves it for me. Disconnect IPOD from the head unit. Press and hold center and up button until IPOD reboots.
Does not work at all through the tray as you cannot switch the input to Pandora using the head unit.
Ok, just so other folks know, this is not entirely true. I just got and iPhone4s and as long as you start Pandora before you close it up in the tray it works fine and displays the artist/song title. However you can't advance past a song if you don't like it because it switches to the ipod music if you hit next...It also charges the 4s while in there which was a concern of mine
I ordered the Sony 310 head unit and am having it installed with the Arc Audio amp / speakers this week. Nice to hear the favorable comments on the 200 head unit.
Only complaint is that it's very difficult for me to see the time while listening to the radio. With it off the time display is fairly large but as soon as you play anything the display shows the time pretty small and the elapsed time for the song playing is rather large. Wife was kinda bummed about that too as she can't see it at all from her seat.
Display is curved and the light shines a glare right through the middle also.
