Default Agitator Rotors

I did a search but came up empty. Are there any differences in stopping quality between the Raw Stainless outer Floating Brake Rotors, and the Polished Stainless versions?

Also, should I also swap out the pads when I do this? If so any suggestions?

Thanks,
mikebaby

I also bought the polished. Once you thit the brakes a couple of times, that part of the rotor isn't polished anymore.

They "quality" will be the same, assuming that you use a floating rotor on both sides of the agitator wheel. They are set up for a pair, on the front; single on the rear, using the same HD calipers you have. That said, since you now have new wheels & new rotors, yes - change the pads.
You should also flush the old brake fluid from the system. And DO NOT get any brake fluid on ANY painted surfaces.

I changed my wheels and polished brake rotors at 600 miles and kept my stock pads. Same braking feel and stopping distance. As mentioned above, the polished part in contact with the pads are no longer polished.
