I have vented fairings on my '09(I know pic is old), love them. Got them from lake shore Harley online website lshd1 for I think around $420 about 2 years ago.

yes, they will fit. if you go to one of the 20% dealers, you can get the color matched ones about $530. same price for vivid black. denim black is cheaper though. got mine for $480.

Well this thread just made me cancel 19" cc agitator front wheel for a set of BBP vented lower fairings from LSHD1. I figure these make more sense than order a wheel while I have plenty of rubber left on the original tire. Plus I think my new chrome front end will look great with lowers.Anybody know how much time it takes to receive painted lowers from the moco?

Road Glide lowers will NOT work on the Streetglide.

To all of those that want to remove them in the summer. I have used mine out to Sturgis in 90+ weather and here in Wisconsin under the same conditions. In town, the engine gets hot but out in on the road it's just fine. Besides, how many Ultra owners remove theirs? There's no reason to do so, the vents direct cooling air to the engine and rider.

the color matched vented fairing lowers that hd sells now are not bike specific (roadglide v streetglide). they will fit all touring bikes from '83 on.

from what i understand, the roadglide specific non vented fairing lowers will fit on the batwing bikes, but there will be a little more gap at the top and the top cap was modified to fit with the turn signal/fairing mount.

I use mine year round.
Took some research and changes to keep it cool in hot weather but it is good now.
Mine is a cvo 110 so you experience may be different. I took em off for a while but missed the sound, that is when I had to cool it down.

I use mine year round with no problems. When I installed them I had a clearance issue with the turn signals hitting the lowers, I solved this by lowering the engine gaurd about 3/4 inch.

Now that I think about it, I don't think the Ultra lowers will fit on the Roadglide because of the fairing being attached to the forks.

After-market Hogg Chopps on mine. Little different style and hollow back sides.
