Default J&M CB radio plug-in question

Hey folks, I have a J&M CB on my 2004 Electra Glice Classic. I have my headset plug coming out in front of my seat but I would like to clean things up some and maybe use a tank dash with the CB outlet plug from an Ultra Classic. I am wondering if anyone has used and / or fabricated the UGC tank dash to accept the J&M headset plug? Any information or your ideas are welcomed. Thanks in advance, Topcop

I think that you can buy a plug for a street glide that you would be able to fasten somewhere else and just buy a "normal" dash

I've got a similar set-up to what you've got. Got the headset receptacle coming out from the front of the seat mounted on the gas tank and I kinda like it there.

My only complaint is J&M's headset jack is VERY difficult to plug into. (I've bent the connection pins a couple of times attempting to plug it in.)

I wish they had a quick-connect plug/jack configuration similar to the cop headsets.
