Good question. I also, would like to keep my garage door opener in a windshield pouch, but they do not make a bag for the SG that I can find. I usually keep the EZ pass in my coat pocket and pull it out when I go through the station.

Ride safe,

I have mine mounted on the underside of the front fairing - out of sight - so no one steals it. It works perfect and is detected by the toll booth with no issues!!!!!!!

Thanks Jeff. Looks Like we have 2 things in common - owning an 07 vivid black SG and enjoying a good cup of Joe.

Ride safe!

Great idea! I'll give that a try. Those two bikes are really cool.

Should work just fine from inside your saddle bags.
I have several friends who keep a similar unit (fastrak) in their bags no problem.

mine never works on the bike.. it has to be at a certain height and angle to work. I tried keeping it in jacket pockets or shirt pockets.. no go.

I did see a nifty ez pass holder on a gold wing during a pgr mission and want to get one

I put mine in my vest pocket, one side the ez pass, the other is the garage door opener.

I live on the MA/NH border so I got my EZpass from NH. They are slightly different from MA, NY, NJ and others. Anyway I mounted mine inside the fairing right under the eagle (see pic). Works every time, every where EZ pass is recognized, no problem.

I tried it inside the lid of my saddlebag, but it would not work from there.

I have mine mounted on the handle bar, using a chrome EZPass bracket. Yes it can stolen if left on.
