Default Thinking I need a trailer, Do I?

Hi Everyone, I am thinking of buying a trailer. I started looking online and there are so many choices I dont know where to start. What size and model do you have? Thanks in advance for your time.

Coupla questions.... How do you see yourself using the trailer;

Is this a trailer to haul your bike, or a trailer to pull behind the bike to haul stuff?

A tow behind your bike trailer or a trailer to load your bikes on? If its to load your bikes on then you need to decide on open or enclosed. I use a Kendon Dual Rail for 2 baggers.

How about a simple utility trailer with sides and a ramp?

Had a enclosed trailer didn't get much use. Have utility trailer now much more practicle & multi-functional.

I have a featherlite Alum Trailer 6'x10' and it tows bikes great and is just a great all around trailer to have. Kinda pricey but worth it when you figure the trailer only ways 425lbs. I have towed it with my old road glide behind by wife Lincoln MKX a couple of times once all the way to IA. Only thing I recommend is get one with either a bi fold ramp or remove the ramp insert a rod in place of the ramp bolts and use a smaller removable ramp. The big ramp that comes with them is a huge wind drag. Def noticeable.
