This is what happened to me. Even with impact driver and hammer, stripped 3 out of 5 getting them out. You could see the leftover loctite on the screws. Dealer did my 1000 and this was on my 5000. Dealer will never touch this scoot again except for recall.

I think when some of these dealer's mechanics are busy, they let the wash boys and wanna be wrenches do the service work......kind of like your local car dealers.
