Thankyou again for all the input- lets just try and get along without all the bickering!!
So who is your dealer?
PM if you would rather not say online

Good thread, I've been to Seminole HD a few times, they will usually make good deals to you around Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Leesburg Bikefest, and the end of the year. They always have good prices, as stated before with Destination Daytona right down the road, (and crazy prices), Seminole will always beat their deals, not to mention they have a really good service dept also. BTW Space Coast and Naples will beat Destination Daytonas deals also.

just because people are use to and content with getting *** raped by the dealerships, doesn't mean we all have to be.
Maybe a congrats to the buyer too. Sounds like a good dealer. Do they give anyone else these deals. If they do Destination Daytona would never sale bike.

If I walked the door and asked for 7k off the msrp ,they are going to laugh in my face.

The only issue with buying a bike at another dealer is the reaction you get from your local dealer. I bought a bike from a dealer about one hour away (saved $1,800, local dealer wouldn't budge a nickel, despite buying four bikes there previously). The local dealer wouldn't acknowledge my existence when I walked in the door. Haven't been in there for almost two years now.

That’s a stupid Dealer, he must figure you’ve bought your last and final bike ever. He might be ticked off, but it will never pay him to treat you like dirt, If I got ticked off at every customer who bought elsewhere from time to time, I’d have no customers left!! “It’s a long road that doesn’t have a turn”

Default Just called Seminole HD

I live in South FL. The salesman Glen doesn't work there anymore. I talked to Alan. He claimed only expect $1000.00 off MSRP due to bike week coming up. Of course I wasn't there to "work" a deal.

He also said end of year, anything could happen. I believe the guy got the deal and the invoice is real. I however don't want to wait till Dec 30th to buy a bike. I want to ride a new one to bike week this year!! Don't know how much I'll get off.

Hoping for $2000.00 off MSRP plus 20% off parts and free install. No freight and setup.

Not looking at the limited anymore. I think the "wow" factor of the color will wear off. Looking at ember sunglow Ultra.

Happy shopping, reading, and mostly riding all!!!

This was an entertaining thread. If I was shopping (I'm not) I would print out that invoice and take it with me to show how other dealers are dealing...
