Ez Up Center Stand -A hint...
Good day, Riders.
Looked at and ordered the EZ Up center stand after reading all the good things about it.
Not mechanically inclined but the instructions looked simple enough.
Not shown; not said in the instructions is that on some of the later touring models the cross member that the stand bolts against have a curl on both the leading and trailing edges probably designed to strengthen the Member.
Be advised; if your Xmember has this feature the supplied 1/2" bolts won't be longer enough to mount the stand.

Update from WheelDock....
The problem is a BENT xmember that happens when the wrong jack is used when reinstalling a rear tire.
According to WheelDock; if a spreader jack isn't used to lift the rear of the bike, the bottle jack will deform the xmember enough that the supplied bolts will be too short.
Straighting the frame member requires a long steel bar and lots of patience.
I had my rear tire replaced by a HD stealership. Thank you again HD!
One side note from WheelDock - this bent frame member may contribute to wobbling when riding through a corner.

It works fine with my Pitbull...you just align the space between the rear jack pads so that the center stand bolt lands in between the pads. Other than that--no problem--and I don't even consider that a problem.
