Anyone have pics on an Electra Glide Classic? Or an Ulta classic?
Thinking bout V&H pro pipe, any opinions on this? Not looking for wake the neighborhood up loud but I do like a throaty exhaust tone.

Just got one like it wish it came in chrome though. Get the heat shields, you will need hem. I plan to send the shields to Joe to get powder coated. Not as loud as my fat-cats, will get tune n April to see how it compares in performance.

2 into 1 systems have their own sound, just not for me. When Harleys had imbalanced or no balance system between the 2 cylinders, the 2-1 system made sense. Now the new models have a balance tube or system to improve sound and perf. I dont think the gains are as much as they were in the past. Also that single pipe on 1 side makes the bike lean to the right on the highway,

What balance tube or "system" to improve sound and performance ? If your talking about the crossover pipe it's there to help equalize the back pressure and help the pipes scavenge the exhaust faster. Something the 2-1 pipes do as a matter of design.

I have the VH Pro Pipe chrome on my 07 Road King Classic and a 2010 Fat Boy Lo. love the pipe and the sound. The increase in performance was dramatic by the dyno and seat of the pants.

The performance f a 2-1 is huge over all other pipe designs, looked hard at the FM header with open slipons, was a close second but that is the highest performance twin pipe out there, close but still not a 2-1. The TQ gets dragged left with the 2-1.

Do not hesitate to buy a Pro Pipe!!! I fought the urge to go to a 2into1 for years cause I was hooked on the looks of 2 pipes. I ended up liking the looks of the Pro Pipe when it was all said and done and i love the added HP/TQ and for those of you that say there is no significant difference...........strap your bike to a dyno with duals and then put on a 2into1. Once you see it on paper youll be a believer.

D&D 2:1 Fat Cat here on my '07 FLHRC. Love the sound and the power. I never got to ride the bike with the stock exhaust, so I don't know if the power gain was noticeable.

Great power and love the sound. Do all baggers have to be "balanced"? SJ Ron
