Default Who has the Hogtunes Tweeter Pod...

Tax return will be here in a week or so.

Looking at going with the Hogtunes Amp and Speaker kit for my SG.
I'm interested in the tweeter pod they make.

Is it worth the money and especially is it worth drilling holes in your fairing?
Does it really help with the clarity?

How well does it match the stock satin black inner fairing?

Pics would be awesome.

Thanks for the help!!!

The tweeter pod is definitely worth it, especially if you're going with an amp. Even without an amp you can't beat the bang for the buck. It brings the highs from the music right out into your face. Super easy to install with the templates that are included, fast and impossible to mess up. I had mine color matched to my inner fairing, but I believe the unpainted finish would match the stock inner fairing finish. Pez from Hogtunes who designed it is a perfectionist and nailed it right on.

I was on the fence for a long time on these. I ordered it but kept putting off installing it for MONTHS because of drilling holes. Now I hate the thought of my bike without it. Sound is great, color is exact match, and now I think it looks way better than that big empty piece of dash real estate.

Wow, that really does match perfectly.
Thanks for the pic.

Looks like I'll be ordering one with my speaker and amp kit.

I have a tweeter pod on my street glide and I really like it! I hold my hands over it and then take them off and I can hear a difference in the highs, makes the treble pop a little more. And if you ever decide to take it off, harley's leather dash will go right in the same spot.

O ordered a pair of Hogtune speakers to replace my stock speakers. Anyone have experience with these? Not running an amp. Will the Hogtunes speakers make abig difference?

Well worth it. Much better sound and it also looks good on the inner fairing.
